Are returns fixed or guaranteed?+

No. Plan rates are variable, controlled by the platform operator, and visible with the plan terms. Investment values can rise or fall, and capital is at risk.

Can I use my local currency?+

Pakistan investor accounts open in PKR and India investor accounts open in INR. The same account can show USDT, USDC, USD, and other supported display currencies without rewriting the original transaction.

How do referral commissions work?+

Investment referral commission applies to five levels, L1–L5: 5%, 3%, 2%, 1%, and 1%. It is recorded once when a referral funds a plan and becomes available immediately. Your account shows the current rates and each saved credit. Signups, deposits and plan profit do not create new referral commission.

What are ProfitHub ranks?+

There are ten rank stages from Starter to Ambassador. Both personal and five-level team investment requirements must be met. Ambassador requires 10,000 USDT of own investment and 150,000 USDT of team investment. Each level has a fixed one-time reward. Rank requirements are separate from investment limits.

How are withdrawals handled?+

Open Withdraw in your account, check the available earnings balance and current withdrawal schedule, then choose an available payout method. Follow the request status until it is completed.

What is the scratch reward flow?+

When a reward is available in your account, reveal it and submit the required image or video proof within the displayed time. The reward is credited after your proof is accepted.
